Per request of pchen in bug 62434, splitting the bug in two separate issues. The
status bar stops working after switching themes. This affects all the themes.
It is related to bug 61796 (progress meter), bug 62434 (general issue), and bug
61991 (url bar). I will also open a new bug for the throbber part of bug 62434.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Mozilla or Netscape
2) View|Apply Theme -> Pick a theme
3) Click on any link
4  The status bar no longer updates.

Actual Results:  The status bar is not updated	

Expected Results:  The status bar would still be working

Oops...triage team mismatch.  I don't think it makes sense to minus this and 
plus bug 61796.  Which is it?

Steve, this bug hasn't been fixed, 60151 has.  If this bug is truly fixed by
60151's checkin, then this is a dup of 60151.
