This bug will track the low-hanging, concrete UX issues we want to address quickly. We'll work out a schedule once we have a better idea of the scope.

Based on criteria in [1], add bug 618811 (related to bug bug 690057), bug 683639, bug 686115, bug 688207.

We're really focusing on user-facing (vs "contributor-facing") issues in this tracker. The discussion forums are definitely contributor-facing. Not that they aren't worth doing, just that this isn't the place to track them.
