Along with the ability to upload screenshots we'd like to be able to upload videos. We'll put them in the same place as the other stuff people upload (make a new videos directory) and store them on the NFS. They'll go out to the CDN just like everything else. Let's put the upload code behind a flag. We should restrict the sizes of the files and the types of video - I'm open to suggestions from whoever takes the bug. :)

Security says they are fine with this and we don't need to re-encode the video (but we're welcome to, of course).

SUMO does some work on restricting the sizes and types, perhaps we can just rip that code out of there.

At the last minute put in totem support. Which means we can't do encoding, the video is just coming through as it is. WebM only. Please file lots of new bugs for all the things that are wrong with it.
