Here's an example crash report from ESR: bp-caf7dd44-d123-4306-8143-f477e2120202

You'll see that it has the "esr" channel set, and we don't have anything to support that yet. We do have "10.0esr" appearing as a version in the versions dropdown for Firefox (I guess that's because it's caught by the FTP scraper), and we'll need versions like this (ending in "esr") to be hooked up to version + buildid + "esr" channel throughout Socorro in the same way that we're hooking up betas.

Note that this is a "we'd like it" but not high priority as ESR shouldn't really delay anything with higher priority we are working on.

It would be a major refactoring effort to include ESR crashes in Socorro reports.  Currently the list of channels is hardcoded in many, many places.   As in an entire 2-week development cycle involving the entire Socorro team.

As such, if this is low priority, we are unlikely to ever report on ESR.  Just so you know.
