Once I check in the new look for message display, I'm going to be breaking the
save all attachments feature. I need to re-implement this with the new view.

The "Save All" menu-item should be listed at the bottom or top of the list of
attached filenames.

PS. Maybe there should be an "Open All" menu-item too?

It would be nice to extend this to an 'export' where the attachments are saved
to disk and removed from the mail but links are left so the connection remains
but the mail store can be kept small.

save all attachments is working again.

Using windows build 2001-05-07 and build 2001-05-08 on mac and linux the Save 
All menu item from the Attachment header in a message is working.  However, 
there is some stickyness to this menu so you might not see it when you try (I'll 
log a separate bug or find an existing bug).  Also, the Save All is working from 
the File Menu| Attachments.  Verified.
