Yes, bug 39310 notes a number of other problems with page loading not 
finishing. However people want to track this is fine. 

I filed a bug specifically for the failure to load pages in the page 
loading test, bug 74506 (and if it turns out that those pages have 
separate causes, it can broken out for specific engineers to work on 
them).

home.netscape.com  loads ok for me on win32 using 2001 04 20 build.
if there are other key sites that need to be fixed before 0.9
lets file individual bugs and get them on the 0.9 radar.

moving this tracking bug off..

I checked the dependencies and they are all verified except bug 72378, which
doesn't appear to belong on the list anyhow.
