steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search
2. Purchase an app like "XXX SeaVan's Undersea Adventure: Down Under"
expected behavior:
After the purchase flow is complete, install trigger happens
observed behavior:
Install trigger doesn't happen after app purchase

I still can't install https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/xasdfasdf/?src=search even though I've purchased it. However some others I can, for example https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/seevans-underworld-adventur/?src=search

Sounds like this only happens occasionally. Potch to investigate, andy says he can help.
