762512 - Reference image setup for Mountain Lion (Mac OSX 10.8) testing machines

With new rev5 minis arriving soon (bug 759466), we will need a Mountain Lion image to put onto the portion of them that will be used as 10.8 testers.

Things that we'll need to verify:
* dongles (or equiv) on all with appropriate resolution
* remote power (PDU)
* unnecessary services turned off (bluetooth, etc)
* puppet
* buildbot startup

Note that we don't need to wait on these new minis to arrive to start this work. We have spare rev5 in staging that could be re-imaged to start this process.

There is an existing machine that I'm using to test puppet again that could be used - see bug 763487.  I think it may need to be updated to a newer version of the 10.8 beta, I'll ask.

EDID101D dongles will be used just like the talos-r4-snow and talos-r4-lion minis in scl1

All minis will be install on remotely controllable PDUS.  The PDU and Outlet location will be recorded in inventory.

This will need to be controlled via puppetagain.  I would suggest writing a power management module that ensures this.

This will be either baked into the image or installed via scripts in a post re-imaging process (eg. deploy studio workflow)

I think this is done?  We've already reimaged the 10.8 machines with the new base image, and I know that you guys are working on putting them into staging.  Should this be R/F, or is there more work to do?

Yes, I think this can be closed.  There are a few other tweaks that may be needed but the base image is good.
