This bug is to track the changes releng need to make for the next migration day. This includes things like mozconfig changes, moving new slaves up to the next trains, etc.

this is looking good from a talos test rollout perspective.  FYI, I am working on adding new stuff to the mix which might interfere a bit with this :(
