Let's launch this what's new page in Russia only at the time of the GA Firefox 14 launch - July 17th. 

Dev and QA Note: at this time we'll also be showing certain locales who can download Firefox for Android, promos for that on the What's New page. Let's make sure to show Russia this unique content. We talked to Dev, and know that showing different content to different locales is doable.

Note that Release Engineering is going to be doing this from their end too- please see the Bug 767207 here. Let's focus this bug on serving unique front-end content through Web Dev efforts.

It would be the same Google Play Store link - it redirects itself depending on locale the user is in

Assigning over to Craig. We may need to regroup to discuss requirements. Also, might need you or a designer to style the promo image in the page. the screen shot is just a rough mock up. would be good to get a PSD

Laura, is there final copy on link to SUMO? I didn't see anything in the design + copy bug.

Not sure we have time for a PSD - it's fine if we cobble something together using existing assets.

Susan - please review this page in staging (it's not live yet, but is set to go live tomorrow morning). 

Pascal: note that we may want to move the bottom line about search engine management further up top, but Susan can speak more to that. 

Pascal/Susan, please work together on this since I'll be offline on PTO. Grace can also help if you have questions.
