User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox version: 13.0.1
Adobe Flash player version: 11.3.300.262
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Crashes in plugin often cause Firefox to crash
Problem is reproducible via 1) or 2).
1) Playing a game on facebook where there are many objects moving / being rendered on screen.
2) Watching a video on ITV Player - http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=319084
Workarounds attempted:
1) Firefox safe mode. Crashes still occur.
2) Tried to disable Flash Protected mode via inserting "ProtectedMode=0" in relevant file, but could not save it since file "is being used in another process"?
Info: Realplayer plugin isn't installed.
Bug I created on Adobe bugs site:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3216381
Actual results:
Performance issues leading to crashes.
Multiple crash dumps I submitted via Firefox after each crash:
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/9c3061df-bac8-4bf6-bf3a-90de12120623

Expected results:

Please go through this:
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0
Also from looking through some crash dumps, in some there is indication of Flash version 11.3.300.257. So I suggest you reinstall newer version once again.

Please, you must do that. Quit Firefox and kill all Flash processes before creating mms.cfg. In addition, use the admin rights.

"So I suggest you reinstall newer version once again."
- Have reinstalled, and issue still occurs. ProtectedMode=1 when this happened.
Further info:
Have now managed to overwrite mms.cfg file, with ProtectedMode=0. I'll let you know if this improves or solves issues soon.
Performance improves when using ProtectedMode=0 (not had any crashes since this change), however this is insecure. Please advise on how to improve performance with ProtectedMode=1? - This resulted in frequent crashes.
