This is the tracking bug for the translation of the new strings on the Bedrock template required for the whatsnew page that will be displayed to a few locales (fr,it,de,es-ES,es-AR,es-CL,es-MX,ja,ko,ru).

Per locale bugs will be filed with instructions for localizers, we will do only one Spanish neutral translation and will reuse the translation across Spanish variants.
