77587 - checkmarks/dots are not directly underneath [misaligned] the subscribed column

couldn't find an existing bug for this, but pls do dup as needed.

in the Subscribe dialog, i noticed that the checkmarks and dots are not directly
underneath the subscribed column. they appear a bit to the left of the column
header. will attach screenshot soon.

Nothing has been changed in the subscribe window's code, so I'm assuming layout
or something.  But, this should be fixed for nsbeta1, looks sloppy ;-(.

i don't think this is a regression --at least it seems it's been around for some
time. d'you remember when this last looked okay? also, sometimes this is
erractic --occasionally [with the same build, same session] i won't see this
misalignment...

If you resize the window, it works correctly.  (at least on an older build
2001042304 where I see this problem, too).  So, maybe it's that some size
setting (sizeToContent()?) isn't getting set?

this has been around for a while.

I've got a tracker bug for when I get to implementing subscribe views and using
outliner.  this bug should depend on that bug.

Unfortunately, it wasn't.  This must've been the only bug _not_ to have been
fixed by the giant conversion.  It still exists in build 2002-03-29-16, win2k.
