77745 - CVS access for Cavin Song

I'm starting the bug to get Cavin Song CVS access.  I can vouch.  We need 3
super reviewers, only two of who may come from Netscape so I've added sspitzer,
mscott and bienvenu to get two of those three.  Seth can point out the
appropriate patches since he's been doing the super reviewing and checking in.

I can vouch for Cavin's patches - they look fine. We're going to need to find a
non-netscape super-reviewer to look at them too.

Adding blizzard, shaver, and tor.  Seth suggested that you guys would be a good
super reviewer from outside Netscape to look at Cavin's code.  When one of you
has a chance, could you look at the patches in the bugs mentioned above and do a
super review so we can try to get Cavin access?  Thanks.
