Details

The masters I'm setting will be:
buildbot-master{37,38}.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com.  Their addresses will be determined in bug 782870.

The two databases I need to access are:
buildbot-ro-vip.db.scl3.mozilla.com has address 10.22.70.56
buildbot-rw-vip.db.scl3.mozilla.com has address 10.22.70.57

They're running on standard mysql ports.
Blocks: 731278
Added hosts to existing buildbot-master group on the firewall which will grant access to those vips.
