The new masters are configured according to this document

One issue, slavealloc is not showing the new masters but they do exist in mysql, not sure if this is something to do with the fact that they are associated with a new poolid (28), will ask about this in channel tomorrow. Also, these masters are not enabled in slavealloc until we are ready to go :-)
