NOTE: Similar to bug 795887, we're going to have to deal with the possibility that the browser gets suspended in the middle of a session, then Windows decides to kill the suspended process. We'll want session restore to work correctly in this case.

Tested on 2013-02-12 Elm Nightly built from http://hg.mozilla.org/project/elm/rev/aac6ba901fea
- Having set the preference to show "Tabs from last time", and having opening three tabs, when I close the browser and restart it, those three tabs are restored.
- When resetting the preference to show the "Start page", if I close the browser with multiple tabs open, when I restart it the Firefox Start page is shown, and only that tab.

Went through the following "Story" for iteration #8 testing without any issues. Used the following build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2013-06-12-03-11-38-mozilla-central/
- Ensured that the session is correctly restored when "tabs from last time" is selected
- Ensured that the entire session is restored when re-opening Firefox Metro
- Ensured that selecting "start page" and then closing the Firefox Metro will not save the current session and will only display the starting screen
- Ensured that the session is not being saved when "start page" is selected
Note:
Bug 862209 is still an issue when going through the following Story. Tabs that have been closed are re-appearing in the session when Firefox Metro is re-opened.
