We need copy for the video-snippet accompanying the launch of Flicks 2013.

As the promo-video for this snippet doesn't excist yet, we might want to wait? I am ok with it beeing Flicks-2013-generic though.

FYI: There is a copy proposal for the moz.org banner already. It's not approved yet, but just so we don't do the same work twice: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=810830

There won't be time to do a video snippet for the R1 (unless there's webdev magic going on that I'm unaware of). So we need copy for a regular snippet for R1 and we need it now. 

To get this localized we'll need copy in the next few days (sorry). (We can add other locales as they come in).

In terms of the copy direction, I need Tobi and/or Kristin to step in here (asap, please). I think it's a Firefox Flicks is back kind of message, but can you please let us know asap.

Matej, would you please write a little something for this? We want to tell people that Flicks 2013 is happening and lead them to firefoxflicks.org then. 

Note that we can't say "submit now" just yet, but if we want some kind of CTA besides "visit our website", we could e.g. say "create your flick now".

I like 2 as well. My only comment is do we think people will know what Firefox Flicks is? Wondering if it needs to be something like: Firefox Flicks, a global video contest is back! etc.......

That's 140 characters on the nose, though, so it wouldn't work as a tweet along with a link. For Twitter I'd suggest:
