This is a meta bug for the work that needs doing for the Style Editor Reboot Includes: - Plan how CSS changes are made and how we understand stylesheets - Refactor existing code to fix paper-cuts with a view to future work - Fix UX problems

I'd add bug 812083 as a dependency, to replace the splitview.
Depends on: 812083
Here are a couple of things I'd like to see happen here: - get rid of the splitview code (does the profiler use it? maybe the SideMenuWidget is the answer) - get rid of the useless HTML bits - rethink the UI (do we still want to have this layout? Do we want to look more like the debugger? should we remove the toolbar above the sourceeditor?) - remove this notion of StyleEditorChrome. It adds an useless complex layer in our code. - refactor the stylesheet loading mechanism. It's pretty messy and sometimes fail.
Depends on: 771206
How about removing the transitions (or allow disabling them with a pref). I find them a bit annoying.

Not really doing a "reboot" anymore and we're no longer referring to this bug.
