Upgrade the Elasticsearch production cluster at SCL3 to 0.20.x.  There are two distinct elements to complete :
1. Upgrade from Java 6 to Java 7.
2. Upgrade Elasticsearch from 0.19.11 to 0.20.x (tbd).

Luckily these are both easy changes, and what's more, the cluster isn't actually being used yet - so there's no risk in that regard.

This is a blocker for a few other bugs, so it will need to be completed asap; this functionally means 11 March 2013.
The Elasticsearch Production cluster at SCL3 is now running 0.20.5 on OpenJDK 1.7.0. And there was much rejoicing !
