Using Build ID: 2001062104

Steps to reproduce problem:
1. View the attachment in the Classic theme.
2. View the attachment in the Modern theme.
3. Select the second item in each list.

Actual results:
1. Classic menulists size correctly but they all crop on the right.
2. Modern menulists' size depends on their selection.

Expected results: Menulists should crop as per "crop" setting.

Why have both inherits=crop and a hard-coded value for crop?

Note that there's a bug on crop=middle not working properly (bug 50833).
chrome://global/content/bindings/menulist.xml uses both crop and inherits=crop.
This style is also used in statusbarpanels, menus, trees and outliner headers.
