888902 - [User Story] Enable FDN Feature

User Story:

As a user I want to be able to enable or disable FDN functionality by entering my PIN2 code into a field on the UI. As a user I expect the FDN list to maintain the last numbers I have entered into FDN lsit even when FDN feature is disabled.
As a user I expect to be informed if the SIM, I currently have in the device, does not support FDN feature.

Preconditions:

* Settings application is open and user is in an appropriate place for FDN settings.
* SIM is inserted into the device


Acceptance Criteria:

* FDN list is visible to the user (enabled/disabled plus FDN list of numbers)
* When user enabled FDN and then enters some numbers then disables the FDN feature and re-enables the FDN feature again  - the previous list of entered numbers in FDN list is displayed
* Any error is setting/enforcing FDN functionality is displayed to the user

As far as I know, the gecko end has already supported FDN and the corresponding APIs. Bug 840915 is supporting the Gaia part.

Without PIN2 the user will not be able setup FDN - so if PIN2 is blocked we need to grey out the FDN feature.
