897846 - Retest OMX plugin on Android devices after MediaSource change

Bug 860599 will fix many of the crashes we see with the OMX backend on Android. Many of these crashes have open bugs for them.

I've put up a build at [1] with attachment 777570 [details] [diff] [review] and attachment 780790 [details] [diff] [review] applied, and the blocklist turned off. It doesn't look like those patches are quite ready to go yet, but it should be enough to tell us what we can take off the blacklist once the former has landed.

Listed as blockers are open bugs that to me, look likely to be fixed by bug 860599.
