User Story

As a user, when I tap on the voicemail notification, I want to use the correct subscription for that voicemail notification.

AC 1: I dont want to see a SIM picker when I tap the voicemail notification
AC 2: When I tap Voicemail notification (received via SIM1) then device should dial out via SIM 1 independant of what the default outgoing call SIM in settings is set to. (same for SIM2)
AC 3: I want to be presented the SIM picker when I long tap on 1 (in dialer) to dial voicemail and I want the right voicemail number to be picked from the SIM to dial.
AC 4: I want every voicemail noticiation to display via which SIM the notification was received
STR: 1 Select SIM1 as the default subscription for outgoing call. 2. Leave a voicemail for SIM1 3. Leave a voicemail for SIM2. 4. Click on the voice mail for SIM2 to connect to voicemail Observed: The call is made on the default outgoing subscription. Expected: The call should be made on SIM2 to connect to the correct voicemail inbox.
