User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 Iceweasel/27.0a2 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131115004004

Steps to reproduce:

Visited http://www.comnews.org.tw/ with Flash enabled, and hit CTRL++ or CTRL+- several times.

Actual results:

The cheery bucolic outdoor main drawing explodes into tiny dashes. Further hitting the same button causes recovery. I.e., it only happens at certain magnifications.

Expected results:

Google Chrome does not have any such problem.
Works for me. Could you please try to reproduce in safe mode with all add-ons disabled? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

If that works, could you please try to reproduce with an actual Firefox? The 27 releases are here: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-aurora/

Yes I am using
# su - nobody -c 'HOME=/tmp firefox '"$@"
No a non-Debian installation is too much for me.
And Debian says it works for them
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=730238
So the only thing I can think of is maybe it is my wide G580 Lenovo.
So feel free to close as invalid. My tough luck.

Sure, I wouldn't ask you to install it, just download it, untar it, and try it out.

But maybe it's a graphics driver issue? If you turn off (or on) "Use hardware acceleration" in the General pane of Firefox's Advanced options, does that make a difference?
WFM on the 11/25 Nightly:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0
Component: Untriaged → Plug-ins

Indeed you are right.
I did
$ cd ~/tmp && wget http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-aurora/firefox-27.0a2.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2
$ bunzip2 -c *.bz2 | tar xvf -
$ su
# set http://www.comnews.org.tw/
# su - nobody -c 'HOME=/tmp /home/jidanni/tmp/firefox/firefox-bin '$@
# su - nobody -c 'HOME=/tmp firefox '"$@"

And indeed hitting several CTRL++'s showed the problem in Iceweasel but not Aurora.
But alas the Iceweasel maintainer says it work for him,
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=730238
And the diff shows little difference,

$ diff a f

So perhaps you can give the Debian Iceweasel a test drive for me.
Here is some reportbug info for it.

I found that using the real Firefox instead of Debian's Iceweasel also cured the duplicates. I just wish someone could tell me why so I could tell that Debian guy.

Please try iceweasel version 27.0~b1 from the iceweasel-beta repository, and followup in the debian bug.
