According to Bug 926341 - [UX]To support WPA-EAP and EAP SIM options in WLAN setting, we have to support security WPA-EAP with method SIM. For issue here, we're aiming to revise the EAP-SIM UI layout to fit the spec. defined.

Note: Since platform are not ready to support security WPA-EAP with method=AKA, AKA', we will remove the two methods. Looks like these methods are not verified the functionality yet(Bug 890694).
