After discussing bug #945853 and bug #940822, we determined that the text for what we do with the information we gather is only shown to people who are interested in leaving their email address.

Specifically this text:

While your feedback will be publicly visible, email
addresses are kept private. We understand your privacy
    is important.

That states that feedback given is publicly visible except for the email address.

I vote we take the "your feedback will be publicly visible" portion and add it to the notice above that's always shown so it's something like this:

To protect your privacy, please ensure that no personally
identifiable information is included in your feedback.
Your feedback will be publicly visible.

This covers the "main" feedback form (e.g. https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback/). This bug should cover looking at the Firefox OS feedback form as well.
Any changes here require two things:

1. privacy review

2. we need to wait for the text to be translated into our primary locales

Item 1 is easy. We can probably do the work and send a screenshot to someone in the privacy group to get an ok.

Item 2 is hard. We really need to build a list of locales we consider "tier 1 locales" so that we can make sure any strings changes are translated in all tier 1 locales before strings changes make it to production. We also probably need to figure out a good process that allows changes that require translations to hang in "limbo" while the strings are translated in a way that doesn't block changes that don't require translations from going to production.

I'll write up a new bug to figure out and document that process and the list of tier 1 locales.

I just redid the desktop and mobile feedback forms. The new form puts privacy related information *before* the relevant fields. Further, it splits the fields into two pages: one page has fields for data that will be made public and one page has fields for data that is strictly private.

I reused strings that were already somewhere, so there are no new strings and thus no new localizing needs to happen.

I'm going to skip the review since the changes I made line up with our conversations.

Marking this as FIXED from work done in bug #969667.
