Description:
When attempting to import contacts from Facebook, Gmail, or Outlook during the FTE, the bottom of the login screen is higher than expected. This results in the Back and Next buttons being displayed cut off at the bottom of the screen.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Master M-C (1.4) BuildID: 20131213040203
2) Reset the device or run FTE through the Developer menu
3) Select Facebook, Gmail, or Outlook from the "Import contacts" screen
 
Actual:
The login screen for chosen contact source is displayed higher than expected, showing the Back and Next buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Expected:
The login screen for chosen contact source is displayed correctly, not showing the Back and Next buttons.

This issue started reproducing on the 12/11 v1.4 build.

This issue does NOT reproduce on the 12/10 v1.3 build. (Due to an issue with how the 1.3 builds were built, 12/10 is currently the last acceptable 1.3 build)

The issue still appears to be happening on latest Buri Master 20140225

The two buttons at the bottom of the screen appear to be being cutoff.

This looks to be a gaia issue.
