This is a tracking bug for enabling developer choice in the developer hub. We'll also sneak some other improvements into this bug.

These were part of the developer choice changes. Then Boku happened and we did the quickest thing possible to make Boku work. Then a whole devhub redesign was suggested. So some of this got done, and some will be done in the future.

Bugs that are still useful and not part of this work have been moved off the tracker and are still open.
