1.  Goal
* As a user, I want to see a progress indicator after I select the “Translate” option so that I know Firefox is working to translate my page. the infobar should change to display a message indicating that translation in progress with a percentage indicator.

2.  Acceptance Criteria
* After I select “Translate” from the Infobar, the content of the Infobar will change
* I will see a message indicating that translation is in progress 
* I will see a “percentage done” indicator

Adjusting Blocking status for bug 971044 correctly, and adding the new bugs about the animated progress icon.
All bugs that blocked this story have now landed, so as soon as bug 1013537 is merged to mozilla-central, we can close this story.

The acceptance criteria said "I will see a percentage done indicator", but this was decided to be an indeterminate indicator. See bug 976606 and bug 974591.
