Performance improvements are needed in the dimension of 'perceived performance' where optimization for micro-interactions that Users do normally. A list of microinteractions is at https://fxos-perf.etherpad.mozilla.org/microinteractions. eg: Slide -> unlock Lock PIN entry -> unlock Press home button, App -> Home App launch animation (NOT the same as app cold start time) Bugs will be filed for each of the microinteractions that are determined as important for perceived performance.
