Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Mozilla window.
2. Maximize it.
3. Double-click on the quick launch icon in the system tray.
Result:
The maximized window gets focus and is unmaximized (restored).
Expected:
One of the following:
a) The maximized window gets focus but isn't resized.
b) A new browser window opens.
I'd prefer b, because that would make double-clicking the quicklaunch icon do
the same thing whether I happen to have a browser window open or not.

To fix the maximized window being destroyed problem, add
if ( ::IsIconic(hwnd) )
before the ::ShowWindow() call in nsNativeAppSupportWin.cpp, and change the
comment before it to read "// Only restore the window if it is minimized"
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/xpfe/bootstrap/nsNativeAppSupportWin.cpp#131
