106848 - Add default email address tooltip for names in Contacts Sidebar

It would be nice if, when you moused over a name in the address book sidebar, it
would display a tooltip that displayed the persons email address.

I'd like to see the column selector widget included in AB sidebar as shown in 
the spec (hopefully this gets fixed with seth's ab work?):

But I also thing the tooltip with the associated email address is a good idea. 
Especially for folks who want to keep the sidebar small and only display the 
Name column in the AB tab.

Hm.  The Address Book sidebar is long gone from Mozilla, but it exists in TB's 
compose window and doesn't have a tooltip!  I'll just repurpose this... I hope 
you don't mind, Neil.

Not as a sidebar, but this was done as a separate Select Addresses dialog.  That 
feature is lacking in TB; see bug 252665.

Oops... my mistake - I searched for "contact" and didn't find anything. AB isn't
particularly obvious when looking for pre-existing bugs. :)

When this was re designated as a Tb product bug the dependency became invalid, suggest removal.
