109561 - Cannot close Preferences via OK after visiting Appearance and another panel

[CVS build from 2001-11-10-15 from the 0.9.6 branch]

You can't close Preferences after you've visited "Appearance" and one
other panel. Similar bugs have appeared before, so I guess this is a
regression. I've narrowed it down to:

2001-11-06-12    OK
2001-11-07-21    BROKEN

The checking by [e-mail] on 11/06/2001 14:55 seams to have caused it.
Checkin comment:

"90080 - no restart message appears when switching UI language."

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to Edit->Preferences
2) Click on Apperance.
3) Click on any other panel.
4) Try to leave Preferences by clicking on OK.

Result: It is still open after clicking the button.
Expected result: Preferences should be closed.

confirming this is a bug in 2001-11-09-03 W2K.. step #3 would be if you click on
the browser window then click on the prefs panel again and click 'ok' it doesn't
go  away.. XUL is not closing down panel.

viewing Appearance:

The fix for the reopened bug 90080 should take care of this I assume.  Ben, do
you think you'll get to this for mozilla0.9.7?

vrfy'd fixed using 2001.11.28.0x-comm bits on linux rh7.2, mac 10.1.1 and winnt.
