109669 - [meta] special bookmark icons

These bugs apply to bookmarks, the personal toolbar, and maybe also the site 
navigation bar (links toolbar).  Other places the icon might appear include the 
proxy icon in the location bar and tabs in tabbed-browsing mode.

Initial dependencies:

bug 59330  ie favorites folder, ftp folders
bug 72374  bookmarklets
bug 109602 e-mail addresses
bug 108809 support "site icons" in bookmarks (cf IE's "favicon" feature)

Mozilla also has a "change this bookmark's icon when the site updates" feature, 
but I can't find the bug where that was added.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
