This is a breakdown bug for overhauling the interface to the capturing and filling of passwords in Firefox. The URL is a LucidChart diagram that illustrates the desired user flow, with states in the flow linking to relevant designs when necessary.

So that users feel more in control of their saved passwords, we want to surface UI more prominently and intelligently than what’s currently available in Firefox.
