With the Feed and desktop UI, we've introduced more things to track for data-driven decisions in the future.

This tracking bug is for all bugs that seek to ensure our GA reporting is getting and giving the right information.

Marketing requirements:
1. We are launching partner tiles program next week, where app partners will have a tile on desktop new tab page linking to app detail page, I would like to track installs originating from tile
2. Track PV/ clicks/ installs coming from apps being featured in carousel on desktop

After next Tuesday, our UA should be rock-solid and everything that needs to be tracked is being tracked (except Nav interaction since it's being rewritten).
