Doing a try push with APZ enabled on desktop should have everything passing. Once that is the case, we can turn on APZ on nightly for desktop platforms. Note that APZ relies on e10s, so only the e10s-enabled test suites on treeherder should be significantly impacted by enabling APZ. These test suites are only run on Linux, which is why I'm making this bug block apz-linux only. Technically we should be ok to turn it on for Windows and Mac already since none of the tests there should break.
