Details

A fine crop of permaorange maturing on November 7th, some old friends and some new, some that can be fixed before then and some that won't be. Conveniently, I edited releng's mergeday wiki to say to leave the tree closed and notify #sheriffs, so this time we won't have to watch for them to reopen it so we can immediately close it before anyone manages to sneak a push in.

On its own, bug 1303927 doesn't amount to permaorange, it's the same 50% failure we've been ignoring for at least 50 and 51 on aurora and beta, but once you add in bug 1307035 ASan gtest is going to be permaorange and due for a hiding on all release branches.
