This one is the meta bug to collect all Bug reports related to 2.49 Trunk builds, which show lots of malfunctions since few days.

I expect common roots for all these problems, what do you think?

Not sure about the 'common roots', but this bug would make life easier
when it's time to spin 2.49 (either beta or release).

These need patched too. Sandboxing shouldn't be a problem. Will see what I can do over the weekend.

Currently 2.49 is unusable thanks to all the latest last minute changes. Merge day has been postponed a week so we will likely see more:(

Added Chatzilla and DOMi. Despite the long list its not so bad. Most have patches already.

All blocker issues have been fixed in 2.49.5. New or older outstanding issues will only be fixed in 2.53, 2.57 and up
