Comedy Central Flash videos have white borders
[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: @ Jim: this Flash bug appears to be a regression from your fix for transparency bug 1312242. STR: 1. Watch the Flash video at http://www.cc.com/video-clips/bcgxga/the-meltdown-with-jonah-and-kumail-made-up-numbers RESULT: The Flash video has white lines along its top and bottom borders. The Flash video plays correctly in Chrome and Edge. I am running Flash 18.104.22.168 on Windows 10. This bug is not reproducible on Mac. * If you see that the preroll ad is 1/4 the expected size, that is a different problem: Flash content-scaling bug 1302490. * If you see a white rectangle instead of the actual video, that is Flash bug 1308699 and you may need to update your Flash plugin or reload the video page a couple times.
Thanks. We might have to back that out and look for another fix.
Jim said this only happens on nightly by default (you can flip a pref to make it happen on 52).
I presume the pref in question is the async-drawing pref
getting this out of platform triage, we're tracking this in the async drawing project.
fixed by backout in bug 1331951.
