we recently split the old cloud services > metrics pipeline components into Data Pipeline and tool - however https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi has references to the old product (under cloud services).

I think (just a suggestion) we need to clean up the cloud services product and add a new data pipeline and tools component, assuming that makes sense.

Probably just https://github.com/mozilla-bteam/bmo/blob/master/extensions/BMO/template/en/default/global/choose-product.html.tmpl, which is static with a bit of templating to make it easier to write out the identical sections.

Create a new attachment, replacing the old one. Click on "paste text as attachment". In the resulting text box, paste in the URL of your github pull request.
