Really... new Nightly icon is really the bad joke...
and I'm not talking about that nearly rainbow-hued with political connotations Nightly icon,
I'm talking about this tiger, which has nothing to do with red panda.

They must have been totally stoned when they decided this. And according to the original bug 1388778 it's not the end. Looking at this current icon I shudder just imagining what they use for iteration 3, 4 and any other possible followups.

It's an icon. In Nightly. I might suggest you do a little thinking about how to more constructively engage with people over minor issues that you disagree with.

Can you stop these "funny" things? First you add a weird icon in preferences which I'm nor sure if it's Nintendo's Boo or Kirby. I mean chrome://browser/skin/preferences/in-content-new/face-sad.svg

And now you add the browser icon (again) to something strange that I couldn't recognize at first because it's small. Then I saw https://imgur.com/qoG7QiK and it was Calvin and Hobbes. But now I just can't understand how anybody could even think this was a good idea. And you have a "sequence of icons that will be updated". What's the point? Just update to the latest icon in the list.

If you want "funny" things you can make an add-on and keep these annoyances for yourself. Oh, wait, probably it's not possible with webextensions.
