Based on Bug 1416630 Comment 1, it still worse than disabling wr in Windows 10 x64 opt[2]. Good news is the delta in linux64[1] is below 10%. I will still keep this open.

tp5o responsiveness opt e10s in Windows 10 x64 opt: 26.70%

Linux is still worse. Windows is comparable with and without WR, as of bug 1452845 landing. Since this is now Linux only, leaving this as P3.
