User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)
Gecko/20020417
BuildID: 2002041711
When I drag the icon from the URL bar to the personal bar nothing happens
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go http://javaboutique.internet.com/resources/books/JavaWebServices/index.html
2. move mouse to the URL icon, a tooltip will display and the drag hand will
appear (Drag and drop this icon to creat a link 2 this page)
3. now drag it to the personal toolbar, near home, bookmarks
Actual Results: nothing happened,
Expected Results: it may have something to do with the OS?

It did not happen again, maybe it was just the moment after installing rc1 that
the problem arose.

This happens to me also with 2002061104 - Mozilla 1.1 alpha
This bug maybe a duplicate of Bug 145484.
Can you please thell me where the personal toolbar content is supposed to be
saved? Maybe the problem is that we deleted it and now we can't get a new one by
just dragging. I tried creating a bookmark folder named "Personal Toolbar" but
that was no use.
This bug may depend on bug 124620
Sorry I meant bug 134620
Here is how I solved the problem:
1) Opened "manage bookmarks"
2) Created a folder with name "Personal Toolbar Folder"
3) Dragged some bookmarks to it
4) Restarted mozilla
5) Now everything works fine
