Apparently a lot of tests have moved into the web-platform-tests suite, so we should make sure WebRender is passing all of those to get better test coverage. This is the metabug to track that work across all platforms.

Please note that I was able to re-enable all of tests under `testing/web-platform/tests/webdriver/tests` which were previously marked as disabled for webrender and aren't failing anymore in CI now. Maybe this applies to a couple of other tests too.
