All the bugs filed so far for tests of the new about:debugging cover areas that are either:
- features specific to the new about:debugging
- purely UI related

For other things such as: debugging targets, clicking on buttons etc... most of the complexity comes from code that lives out of aboutdebugging. While we ship the old about:debugging I think those tests should keep running with the old UI.

But when comes the time to switch the new about:debugging on by default, we should have all the tests migrated to make sure the features work end to end.
