I face some problems with bug 1612831, and before continuing I would like to see all the content related navigation unit tests for Marionette moved over to wdspec.

Lets move them over to wdspec when we have done the webProgress work so it's not blocking bug 1664165.

When we move over all the tests we basically should take a look at required assertions. One thing that we noticed in D230965 is that we probably should not check for stale or non existing element references after a navigation but just check the URL.
