Phabricator Emails are currently enabled in prod, but currently have to be manually opted in using the following instructions:

  1. Opening Phabricator
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right and click "Settings"
  3. Go to the Email Delivery tab on the left
  4. Change "Email Notifications" to "Mozilla Notifications"

Once sufficiently stable, all users of Phabricator should be adjusted to be using the new email system by default (while still being able to manually opt-out).
