Using the storage access API has a bunch of user experience and developer experience pains, and if we want to roll out broader restrictions such as dFPI more widely, we should consider UX and DX as a first-class issue. My main concern is around interop with other browsers such as Safari and Edge, which we'll file bugs on based on discussion in https://github.com/privacycg/storage-access
